In a desperate attempt to send Steve to a summer camp, Stan sends him off to the only one still available, Camp Refoogee. However, Camp Refoogee turns out to be a refugee camp, and Francine sends Stan and Hayley to get Steve back. Once there, Stan decides to turn the Refugee camp into an actual summer camp so Steve can have the camp experience he once had. Things get personal when the opposing camp kidnaps Steve’s camp love, Makeva. Meanwhile, back at home, Francine and Roger pretend to be a married couple for fun. Things get ugly when they take the charade too far.

While ditching Gym class, Steve meets Debbie, an intelligent, somewhat goth, overweight girl, who becomes his first girlfriend. When Steve invites Debbie over for dinner, Stan is appalled at her weight, causing him to realize his own weight lately. Stan goes on a crash diet, and develops an eating disorder. Steve worries having Debbie around is only making things worse, and must make a hard decision. Meanwhile, Roger waits for Stan and Debbie to break up so he can make his move.

When Stan falls victim to a persuasive car salesman he loses his job and his confidence. Meanwhile, Steve and Roger devise a plan to get to first base with popular girls at school.

Once Stan gets passed up to speak at the Republican National Convention, he is desperate to speak at anything Republican. When approached by the local chapter of gay Republicans Stan re-thinks his sexuality in order to fit in.

Stan takes up drag racing when Francine suggests they spice up their marriage. Meanwhile, Jeff becomes emotionally crushed after Hayley breaks up with him, but finds comfort in Steve’s online gaming world.

When Steve begins spending more and more time with his new girlfriend, Francine suggests to Stan that they have another baby. Meanwhile, Roger accidentally ends up teaching one of Hayley’s college classes while trying to enroll; and Hayley gets a crush on her new classmate, Ethan, who turns out to be anything but normal.

When Francine finds out Stan was once an almost champion figure skater, she decides to be supportive by being his partner in an upcoming competition. But, like always, after a while Stan trades up for a better partner, Roger, who is actually in it for his own selfish reasons. Meanwhile, Steve and his friends fight over who gets to marry the Russian mail-order-bride they ordered.

The family blows Steve’s college fund after the treehouse they believed him and Roger were in is blown to peices in a lightening storm. Meanwhile, actually off in New York City, Roger gambles on Wall Street and Steve takes up a comedy routine. However, when both plans fail, the boys desperately try to get back on top.

When non-believers ruin Stan’s Christmas he loses his faith in Christmas all together. The Ghost of Christmas Past visits him and takes him to his past to remind him of the true meaning of Christmas. Once there, convinced that killing Donald Sutherland in the past will change the future, Stan ditches the Ghost of Christmas Past, who then goes back to 2006 to get Francine’s help. Meanwhile, Stan makes several mistakes in the past which dramatically change the present.

When Stan wins an essay contest about President Bush his reward is one dinner with the President. However when Roger believes he knows were Bin Laden is hiding he tries to cash in on the reward but instead gets the President drunk

When Stan feels he’s not getting anywhere at his current job with the CIA, he decides to fullfill his dream of making teddy bears in themes of the major holidays. However, soon after Stan realizes he can’t do it alone and hires a group of illegal aliens to help him, angering Hayley. Meanwhile, Hayley begins dating one of the aliens, but does something drastic when she gets tired of him.

When Roger begins to feel like Steve has outgrown him he sets off to find a new best friend. He eventually does, but when the new kid starts being abusive to Roger, Steve and Hayley think up a scheme to get him out of the relationship. Meanwhile, when Stan and Francine find out that their favorite soda, Mr. Pibb, is being discontinued they set out on a journey to save it.

Black Mystery Month 2-18-07 Steve decides to write a paper about George Washington Carver in celebration of Black History Month, but his research uncovers a conspiracy that’s been going on since the Civil War. When the curator of the Smithsonian Peanut Museum reaches out to tell Steve the truth, he’s mysteriously murdered, and Steve and Stan are tracked by a secret society that will stop at nothing to keep this scandalous secret of American history.

After arriving late to a CIA nuclear drill, Stan believes it to be real and moves the family to the mountains. Once realizing his mistake, Stan keeps the truth quiet so that he can enjoy the serenity and the attention from his family. But once the truth is revealed by a mountain man, Stan must explain his actions.

Stan plays matchmaker for Bullock and a friend of Francine’s, then gets everyone drunk so the evening will go well. Bad move.

When Stan discovers that Francine has a secret sex garden, he feels like their marriage might be on shaky ground. Hoping to rekindle the romance, Francine insists on a divorce so that Stan can experience life as a bachelor again, and both learn a valuable lesson in love. Meanwhile, Steve becomes addicted to an energy drink and finds himself panhandling in the streets to support his habit.

When Stan brings home special equipment from the CIA to eavesdrop on conversations, he discovers how his neighbors really feel about him. To get back at them, Stan has the entire neighborhood evicted in order to live free of any criticism. However, when an unexpected friend comes to his rescue, he realizes that gossip is a two-way street.

When Stan is prosecuted for sending contaminated cattle to the slaughterhouse, he recounts his story of how the ordeal started out as a quest to make Steve a man. Meanwhile, Rodger starts a cat fight between Francine and Haley after he unintentionally gives one a little more attention.

In the third-season finale, bounty hunters Roger and Stan chase Hayley’s boyfriend, who is wanted for smuggling marijuana across the country. And Steve is in for a shock when he tries to hot-wire Francine’s car.
